Job Title: Night Shift Freezer Operative
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week
- Sunday - Thursday
- 8.30pm – 5.00am (with a 30-minute break + warm breaks)
Salary: £33,380 (salary increase impending following pay review)
Bonuses: £3200
Holidays: 25 Annual Days + 3 x Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day)
Description: As a Night Shift Freezer Operative, you will be picking frozen goods in response to orders placed by customers, operating in the main foodservice freezer and fridge following picking instructions as directed via a voice headset. Additionally, any general warehouse duties as necessary.
Essential Skills/Requirements:
- Experience of having working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience in the voice picking procedure within a warehouse, having the ability to respond to instructions via a headset
- Experience of order picking
- Feel comfortable working in a cold environment
- Be able to pay close attention to detail at all times
