We're seeking a Parts Advisor to help our growing business at Cwmbran . The right candidate will be responsible for taking calls from the trade and retail customers, looking up the parts they require and getting them booked out ready for delivery/collection. Candidates with experience in IT or mechanics will be at an advantage. The Parts Advisor needs to be comfortable taking calls from and speaking with customers face to face.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and explain pertinent information about parts and services to customers.
- Recommend the correct replacement parts for each vehicle.
- Keep track of inventory of parts and other items.
- Greet customers that enter the store.
- Stock inventory and direct employees in restocking of items.
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Work One Saturday in Three (Rota) 8.30am - 1.00pm
