Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bike or Moped Rider for delivery services. Please only apply if you own a moped and have got CBT License. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers, maintaining excellent customer service standards. Duties
- Deliver orders promptly and safely using a bike or moped within designated areas
- Ensure accurate delivery of orders to customers, verifying addresses and order details
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the bike or moped assigned for deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing courteous assistance and updates as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Keep track of delivery schedules and report any delays or issues to the supervisor promptly
- Assist with loading and unloading orders, ensuring items are handled with care
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Familiarity with local routes and areas is advantageous
- Valid driving licence for a bike or moped is required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during busy periods
