Role: Children’s Support Worker
Location: Cardiff, CF15
Pay: £14.20 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Temporary Shift Work (35–40 hours per week, including 1 weekend per month)

What We’re Looking For
Whether you’re a recent graduate or already have experience in care, we’d love to hear from you. We’re seeking people who are:
- Empathetic and committed to supporting children
- A graduate with a 2:2 or above in any bachelor’s degree
- Experienced working with children or young people (desirable, not essential)
- Passionate about SEND and creating inclusive environments
- Flexible, proactive, and strong communicators
What You’ll Do
- Provide nurturing, empowering care to encourage independence
- Support children with a variety of physical, emotional, and learning needs
- Promote social inclusion through fun, engaging activities
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with your team
- Create a safe, stable, and encouraging environment for growth
- Take part in training and additional responsibilities (including sleep-ins and some weekends)
