An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispensing Optician Manager to join a modern, well-established independent opticians’ practice located on the outskirts of Dulwich, South East London.
Basic Salary Circa £40,000 + Bonus Potential £2,000
The Opportunity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team your team of colleagues
- Relaxed clinic testing times of 45 minutes
- Oversee staff rotas, training, and development plans
- Introduce and implement fresh ideas to enhance patient journeys and store flow
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the double testing practice
- Work within a modern practice, equipped with the latest technology
- Enjoy ongoing professional and career development from a proactive and supportive Director
Full-time: 5 days per week (9am–5.30pm on weekdays), including Saturdays – 9am to 2pm finish. Option to work less Saturdays available.
