The school provides a structured and nurturing environment with small class sizes and a strong emphasis on personalised learning, enabling pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
This role is offered on a daily supply basis, however work is guaranteed at this school, providing consistency and stability. It also offers an excellent opportunity to become part of the school community, placing you in a strong position to be considered for permanent opportunities should they arise.
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of each pupil. You will work closely with teaching assistants and a wider multi-disciplinary team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, helping students to build confidence, independence and positive behaviours.

- Develop and implement personalised learning programmes aligned with individual needs
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress
- Support the development and review of EHCPs
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes engagement and independence
- Manage behaviour effectively using a calm and consistent approach
