Sales Assistant – Full Time

Earnings: Guaranteed pay up to National Living Wage plus commission. First-year on-target earnings of £32,000+
Aura is a fast-growing events and brand representation company delivering face-to-face sales campaigns for well-known energy providers and respected charity organisations. As our London campaigns continue to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the team as full-time Sales Assistants.
This is a customer-facing sales role carried out at organised promotional events. You’ll be speaking directly with members of the public, representing client brands, and helping customers switch energy providers or support charitable initiatives.
Importantly, this is not a commission-only position. All team members receive guaranteed pay of at least National Living Wage or above, with additional commission available based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at organised events and promotional campaigns
- Engage with members of the public through professional face-to-face conversations
- Provide clear information about energy services and charity initiatives
- Assist customers with the switching or sign-up process where appropriate
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Maintain excellent standards of professionalism and customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- A confident and friendly approach when speaking with customers
- Comfort working in a face-to-face, performance-driven environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
- Reliable and able to commit to full-time hours Monday to Friday
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or events is helpful but not required

Additional Information
This is a full-time position involving face-to-face sales at organised event locations across London. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday.
