Flexible Early Years Practitioner (Qualified & Unqualified) – Essex & East London
We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Essex supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.
About the Role:
- Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
- Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards
Pay & Hours:
- £12.71–£16.50 per hour depending on experience, age and qualifications
- Flexible hours – ideal for part-time, evenings, or additional work
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months’ nursery experience in the UK
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Open to qualified (Level 2/Level 3) and unqualified candidates
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced on Update DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Paediatric First Aid: Required if you qualified after 30th January 2016
- Safeguarding Children: Must have a valid certificate issued within the last 12 months, or be willing to undergo updated training.
