This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established and growing private practice with a loyal membership base and a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and preventative dentistry.
We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about oral health education, building long-term patient relationships, and supporting patients through their ongoing dental care journey within a modern private practice environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality hygiene and therapy services to an established patient base, helping patients maintain excellent oral health while supporting the continued growth of our private membership plans.
Working closely with our dentists and wider clinical team, you will play an important role in delivering a positive patient experience and promoting preventative, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene and therapy treatment
- Deliver preventative and periodontal care to an established patient base
- Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and long-term dental health
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication
- Support the growth and retention of the practice membership base
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and reception team
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with GDC and CQC standards
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional patient experience

Candidate Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist / Therapist
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience working within general dental practice
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
- Passion for preventative dentistry and patient education
- Commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care
