The Role
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy team. This is a varied role that involves handling customer enquiries, scheduling skip deliveries and collections, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Taking skip hire bookings and processing customer orders
- Scheduling deliveries and collections with drivers
- Maintaining accurate customer and job records
- Processing payments and invoices
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and site managers
- Managing general office administration duties
- Assisting with compliance paperwork and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Previous office administration or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in the waste management, transport, or logistics industry would be advantageous but is not essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£39,432.83 per year
