We are currently looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our growing team of Care Assistants across Lincoln and surrounding areas. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we provide full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
- Providing personal care with dignity and compassion
- Assisting with medication, meals and daily routines
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Being a trusted, familiar face that clients look forward to seeing

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle preferred but not essential
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
