Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + £5,000 - £6,000 Tronc
Hours: 45 hours per week

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section and ensuring consistently high standards throughout service. Working alongside an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills while contributing to the creation of outstanding dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef within a quality fresh-food environment.
- Experience working towards or within a Rosette-level kitchen is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for cooking and producing exceptional food.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and progress.
