Job Introduction
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Administrator to join our Aftercare Response team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the accurate and timely costing and invoicing of engineering service jobs in line with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You’ll play a vital role in reviewing completed work, validating all chargeable activity, and ensuring we maximise revenue while maintaining excellent customer relationships. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities include:

Reviewing engineer service reports and video evidence to validate completed work and identify all billable activities

Accurately cost jobs in line with customer SLAs, contracts, and pricing agreements

Preparing and generating invoices, ensuring all labour, parts, travel, and additional charges are captured

Analysing completed jobs to maximise profitability and minimise missed revenue opportunities

Liaising with engineers, service teams, and customers to resolve discrepancies and clarify work completed

Submitting final job costs for customer approval and obtaining Purchase Orders (POs) where required prior to invoicing

Maintaining accurate records of job costing, approvals, invoices, and communication history

Monitoring turnaround times to ensure invoicing targets and SLA deadlines are consistently met

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across costing and invoicing processes
We’re looking for candidates with:

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Previous experience in invoicing, job costing, or a service/engineering environment (desirable)

Good commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and with customers

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems
