Bathroom & Kitchen Sales Designer
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bathroom & Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident salesperson with strong design ability, industry knowledge, and great communication skills. The role involves travelling directly to customers’ homes, designing kitchens and bathrooms, building relationships, and closing sales.
The Role
- Attend pre-booked customer appointments
- Travel to customers
- Design kitchens and bathrooms tailored to customer needs
- Measure spaces accurately
- Provide product recommendations and layout ideas
- Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare quotations and close sales
- Work closely with the installations team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales
- Strong design skills and understanding of layouts
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident closing sales in customers’ homes
- Good knowledge of the kitchen/bathroom industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to manage appointments independently

Earnings
Primarily commission-based with excellent earning potential for the right candidate.
