We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator
JOB PURPOSE
Working with our friendly and knowledgeable Engineering team at the Company’s Head Office. The Engineering Administrator will work alongside team colleagues to provide an efficient and effective administration support to the team ensuring a smooth operation of labour and resources to maintain site and retail operations .
THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY for someone looking to gain significant additional administration experience in a large organisation. You must have some relevant experience at a similar level; however, on-the-job training and support will be provided.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
This is an extremely busy and varied role which will include (but may not be limited to):
1. Order key critical engineering spares and ensure they are stocked and maintained
2. Work with the Engineering Team and Suppliers to ensure cost effective spare parts are sourced
3. Feedback unusual movement or high consumption of spares
4. Purchase Order generation
5. Engineering team diary management
6. Liase with internal stakeholders to agree and organise work activity
7. Work with Engineering to log work sheets accurately and generate reports accordingly
8. Logged Engineering Team holidays following management approval
9. Inform management of any obstacles to making safe, efficient deliveries on time.
HOURS OF WORK & BENEFITS
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday and Friday.
Holidays: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays.

THE PERSON
You must have previous day-to-day experience at a similar level. You will need to be flexible and have the ability to think on your feet and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. Similar sector experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Personal Skills:
1. Food production or similar experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
2. Able to understand and follow instructions
3. Good attention to detail
4. Good literacy, communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work well as part of a team
6. Excellent numeracy skills
7. Flexible (i.e. for additional hours at busy times of year)
8. Should be self-motivated and pro-active
