Location: Stourbridge & surrounding areas
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time)
Pay: Minimum £108.50 – £120 per day (Following school trial)
The Mission:
Stourbridge is famous for its history of shaping things with care—but right now, our local schools need people to help shape the future of children with complex educational needs. The current quality of SEN assistance in the area is facing a real shortage, and we need passionate, driven local talent to close the gap.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just want a job, but a purpose. You will become an integral part of the classroom team, helping children with SEN build resilience, confidence, and a true sense of belonging.
The Non-Negotiables:
- A Car & Driving Licence are Essential: You must be able to drive and have regular access to a vehicle to commute to our schools across Stourbridge and Dudley.
- Five Days a Week: Full commitment to school hours (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) is an absolute must.
