We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her private residence. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care in a calm, nurturing environment where your presence truly matters.
You will play a key role in supporting her physical wellbeing, fostering a safe space that promotes dignity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal care.
Foster a warm, engaging environment through care and support
Support evening routines, including quiet activities such as reading or watching films with the client
Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during your shift
Maintain professional boundaries while building trusted rapport
Note: Indoor footwear is required while on shift.
Schedule & Flexibility
12-hour night shifts: 9 PM 9 AM
Monthly scheduling: You set your availability, and we'll work around you
Applicants willing to travel up to one hour are encouraged to apply
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
