Pay: £450 per week (inclusive umbrella rate)
Increased pay to £500 per week (inclusive umbrella rate) after successful probation
Hours: 8:20am – 3:30pm

We Educate Recruitment are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming mainstream primary and secondary schools in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to gain experience within education or somebody who already has experience working with children and young people.
No previous classroom experience is required—we are looking for individuals with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.
The Role:
As a teaching assistant, you may be supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis or within small groups across a variety of year groups and classroom settings. Every day can be different, and flexibility is key.
You may support students with:
- Autism (ASD)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Speech and Language Needs
- Behavioural Needs
- Learning Difficulties
- Additional SEND requirements depending on the school
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students within the classroom environment
- Working closely with teachers and SEND staff
- Providing 1-1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Being adaptable across different classes and school settings
