We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at the charming Winnock Hotel, located in the heart of Drymen, at the gateway to Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Working within our busy and well-established kitchen, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The Winnock Hotel is a historic and welcoming 73-bedroom hotel known for its warm hospitality, traditional character, and popular dining offering. We cater to a wide range of guests, from tourists exploring the area to coach groups and special events, making our kitchen a vibrant and dynamic place to work.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Take responsibility for your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and great food
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A full driving licence is preferred due to the hotel’s location and limited public transport links
