We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our friendly and professional kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills and experience as Chef de Partie. We are a busy Wellness Resort located just steps away from the stunning Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth with an excellent reputation for our food. We have two restaurants Brassarie on the Bay and we have our 'Nourish' Restaurant both have great reviews and we want somebody to help drive our vision of great food in a great setting primarily concentrating on our 1 AA rosette Brasserie restaurant.
The perfect candidate will have an eye for detail and will be passionate about maintaining and developing our already high standards. We are looking for someone who is happy to hit the ground running, calm under pressure, passionate about cooking, works well in a team and is able to use their experience with aptitude and consistency. Punctuality will also be key in this role. Availability 7 days a week is essential.
