Maple Ridge is a privately owned establishment, which was purpose-built in 1987 and provides accommodation for 18 adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities on the west side of Inverness. At Maple Ridge, we are committed to providing our residents with a high-quality service based on their individual needs and wishes.
We are looking for a full-time Wakened Night Shift Support Assistant. Shift pattern consists of a 3 on 3 off rolling shift pattern. Shift times are from 10 pm - 7am. Duties include health & safety checks, domestic duties, cooking & personal care.
The rate of pay is £12.30 per hour. The right candidate must be prepared to work weekends.
We also provide a welcome bonus to new staff who complete our 3-month Induction Training Programme.
Night Shift Support Assistant requirements
A commitment to a person-centred approach working in line with the Health and Social Care Standards: my support, my life.
SVQ2/3 is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided, and support is given to complete this qualification.
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Group Scheme Record.
Location requirement
We are based in Inverness; you would be required to reliably commute.
