We are looking for a friendly, professional, and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality beauty treatments while providing excellent customer service in a welcoming salon environment. Minimum 1 year experience required.
Responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments including:
- Brows (Incl. brow lamination)
- Lash treatments (Lash lifts / extensions)
- Waxing
- Facials
- Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
- Keep up to date with beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Support retail sales through product recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Experience in beauty therapy treatments, particularly brows, lashes, waxing, and facials
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients feel confident
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Previous salon or spa experience is desirable but not essential
