We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Wait Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to guests.
- Provide attentive table service, including delivering food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest behaviour and refusing service when necessary.
- Assist in setting up the bar area before service and cleaning after closing hours.
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with guests courteously and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on excellent customer care.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions effectively.
