Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make sales calls to care home facilities on a daily basis, checking their shift requirements, and building strong relationships to understand and fulfill their temporary workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily sales calls to care home facilities across Nottinghamshire and other regions in the UK.
- Check with care homes about their current and upcoming shift requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care home managers and decision-makers.
- Accurately record all interactions and feedback from care homes in our system.
- Collaborate with the internal staffing team to ensure that leads are followed up and staffed promptly.
- Stay updated on the staffing needs and trends within the care home industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or client relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to make high-volume calls and handle rejections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the care home sector and staffing services is an advantage.
