Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast chef to join our culinary team at Runa Farm and Lartington Hall in Barnard Castle. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations while maintaining the standards of food safety and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in managing kitchen operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
