Sante Care at Home – Live-in Carer (Spinal Injury Support, Surrey)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated live-in carers to support a client with a spinal injury in their home in Surrey.
The Role
You will be part of a specialist team supporting individuals with spinal injuries in their own home. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including support with bowel management and catheter care
- Supporting mobility and rehabilitation, including therapy and home exercise programmes
- Administering medication as prescribed and accurately recording on electronic MAR charts
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting any changes in health
- Assisting with cooking and meal preparation to maintain a healthy, balanced diet
- Offering companionship, emotional support, and person-centred care
- Supporting daily routines and social activities, promoting independence

What We Are Looking For
- Passion, dedication, and commitment to supporting people with complex needs
- Previous experience in care (spinal injury experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly, positive, and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer Tier 2 visa sponsorship)
