- Delivering Person-Centred Care:deliver the highest standard of person-centred care, connecting with residents to improve their quality of life.
- Maximising good health:regularly assess residents’ needs, promote healthy living, and uphold infection control practices.
- Effective Communication:create a culture of safety, seeking feedback, and responding promptly to concerns.
- Commitment to Learning:You’ll be dynamic and proactive, seeking ways to improve and stay updated with regulatory frameworks, training programmes and the NMC Code of Conduct.
