Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator / Experienced Dental Nurse or Trainee dental nurse START IN AUGUST 2026!
Location: Perfect Smile Wokingham – East Hampstead
Position: Full-Time 3 days reception and 2 days nursing.
Perfect Smile Wokingham is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and patient-focused individual to join our friendly team. This role would suit an experienced Dental Receptionist, Patient Care Coordinator, or qualified Dental Nurse looking to develop their career within a modern and growing dental practice. Trainee Dental Nurses with experience (but not essential, training can be provided) also are welcome !
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey, managing appointments, supporting treatment uptake, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Responsibilities
● Providing outstanding customer service to patients
● Managing appointments and diary scheduling using Dentally software
● Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
● Supporting patients through their treatment journey
● Coordinating treatment plans and follow-up appointments
● Maintaining accurate patient records
● Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
What We’re Looking For
● Previous dental practice experience is essential
● Experience using Dentally software is preferred
● Excellent communication and organisational skills
● Positive, professional, and caring attitude
● Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
● Qualified Dental Nurses or Trainees are welcome to apply !
