Front of House Team Member

We’re a busy, independent café nestled in the picturesque village of Worplesdon, just outside Guildford. Known for our high-quality food, great coffee, and welcoming atmosphere, we’re passionate about serving delicious breakfasts, brunches and lunches.
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive team player to join our Front of House team. This is a part-time role. Shifts are between 4–7 hours, scheduled between 8am and 5pm. Rotas are shared 2 weeks in advance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service with a smile
- Taking orders, making drinks, and serving tables
- Operating the till
- Keeping the café and facilities clean, tidy and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of café or restaurant experience
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Someone who’s reliable, friendly and customer-focused

- £10 - £12.71 per hour (depending on experience), plus tips.
