ROLE: Fabric Technician
HOURS: Full-time
LOCATION: County Hall

We're looking for a Fabric Technician who will undertake fabric-related duties throughout County Hall and ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Complete general fabric PPM tasks as per the site planner
- Undertake fabric repairs within SLA times, including small redecoration works, painting, door furniture, door closures, locks, filling and making good, and minor woodworking
- Record job status accurately using the PDA
- Maintain the client's premises to the highest standard through a proactive approach to repairs
- Assist onsite engineers and undertake escort duties for subcontractors when required
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Served a recognised fabric apprenticeship or completed relevant fabric training courses, with the necessary experience
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- High standards with a keen eye for detail, punctual and reliable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capability to attend site meetings, training, and work outside normal hours where required
