Job Role
As a Night Support Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support throughout the night, helping the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll support individuals with their overnight needs, promote independence, maintain dignity, and ensure their wellbeing is always at the heart of everything you do.
This is more than a care role—it's an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life every single shift.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support throughout the night
- Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Responding calmly and professionally to any concerns or incidents
- Maintaining accurate records and completing night reports
- Supporting individuals in line with their personalised care plans
- Working in accordance with company policies and CQC regulations
- Helping create a safe, reassuring, and positive environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with the right values and attitude.

- Reliable and able to work independently during night shifts
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Confident using basic IT systems for care documentation
- Professional and calm when dealing with challenging situations
Experience
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values, we'll support you with training and development.
