REVAMP is the UK's leading wig restoration and repair service. Since launching in 2024, we've restored over 1,500 wigs for customers across the UK and Europe. We work with human hair wigs and toppers, delivering professional results through a nationwide postal service.
We're growing our team and are looking for an experienced wig colourist to join us on a per-job basis.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out professional colour treatments on human hair wigs and toppers sent to us by customers. Jobs will be assigned based on availability.
This is a freelance, per-job role - ideal for an experienced colourist looking for flexible work alongside existing commitments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Applying colour treatments to human hair wigs and toppers to customer specifications
- Bleaching, toning and colour correction where required
- Maintaining a high standard of finish on every job
- Communicating any issues with the job before proceeding
- Returning completed wigs in excellent condition, ready for dispatch
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in wig colouring - salon or freelance background welcome
- Comfortable working with human hair wigs and toppers
- Meticulous attention to detail - we only get one chance to get it right
- Reliable, communicative and able to meet turnaround times
- Own tools and products preferred
