Job Title: Quality Control Operative
Salary: £24,901.50 plus performance bonus
Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 5pm, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis

We’re looking for a Quality Control Operative to join our growing Repair QC team and play a vital role in ensuring devices meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quality Control Operative, you’ll be hands-on with a variety of electronic devices, carrying out:
- Device diagnostics and quality inspections
- Cosmetic grading and fault identification
- Data wiping and configuration of devices
- Booking devices onto internal systems accurately
- Recording inspection results and updating databases
- Working with industry software and internal programmes
- Collaborating with different teams to meet daily targets
- Maintaining stock accuracy and workflow efficiency
You’ll become an important part of a supportive and energetic team that values accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a target-driven environment
- Can follow technical instructions confidently
- Is comfortable learning new systems and software
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has good organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- Has basic knowledge of Excel and database systems
Previous experience in quality control, electronics or repairs is beneficial - but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
