Summary
This is a varied role that covers all aspects of property cleaning including; holiday lets, end of tenancies, commercial and domestic properties. Initially this is on a 6 month contract, but may have the possibility to extend for the right candidate.
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeper with a keen eye for detail, to join our team. We look after homes in and around a 5 mile radius of Falmouth, as such it is preferable that you drive and have access to a reliable car or van to transport your cleaning equipment & linen.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping:
- Carrying out high-standard cleans for holiday lets, domestic and commercial properties
- Bed making and preparing properties for guest arrivals
- Ensuring all areas of a property meet our company standards and checklists
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately
- Ensuring standards are maintained across properties
- Problem solving ability on busy changeover days
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and property owners.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens.
About You
- High attention to detail and you pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Confident stepping taking responsibility for a full clean and deputising to check properties when required.
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Presentable appearance - you will be client facing and meet guests, owners and letting agents from ime to time.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (but not essential)
Essential Requirements
- UK driving licence and access to own car or van
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays thoroughout the season (essential)
- Flexibility during busy periods (especially peak season)
Pay & Progression
- Base rate of £14 per hour (employed) or £16 per hour self employed
