We’re now looking for someone to take control of the kitchen and make it their own.
The Role
This is a hands-on, independent role.
For now, you will be:
Running the kitchen day-to-day
Managing prep, service, and organisation
Working closely with management to develop and improve the food offering
There isn’t a large kitchen team yet, so this role suits someone who:
Enjoys working independently
Takes ownership
Wants to build something rather than just maintain it
What You’ll Be Doing
Running kitchen service solo during shifts
Preparing and cooking food to a consistent, high standard
Managing prep, stock, and kitchen organisation
Keeping the kitchen clean, efficient, and fully compliant
Working alongside management to create new dishes, menus, and ideas
Bringing structure and systems into the kitchen as we grow
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is self-sufficient and takes full responsibility for their space
A strong work ethic and ability to stay organised under pressure
Comfortable working alone and making decisions
Interested in menu development and being creative
Someone who wants to grow with the business and build a team around them over time

Ability to run a kitchen independently
Strong time management and organisation
Consistent food quality and presentation
Clear communication with front of house
