Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, nurturing client relationships, cross selling our wide range of products and services, and supporting our sales objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement, with a focus on B2B interactions. There is a very generous commission and bonus scheme in place, providing a high income potential for the right candidate
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, within the B2B sector
- Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales pipeline
- Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns or referrals
- Present product or service information clearly and persuasively to clients
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a similar role is preferred but training can be provided for the candidate who demonstrates the right qualities.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent system
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over the phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to achieve targets

Pay: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
