Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent hospitality and service
- Assist in developing new menu items and culinary innovations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and knowledge
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
