We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and hard-working embroidery operator to join our busy production team at Yazzoo Personalised Clothing — one of the UK’s leading personalised clothing companies. You can see what we do at https://personalised.clothing.
You’ll be using our state-of-the-art embroidery machines to bring customers’ logos and designs to life across a huge variety of garments — from hoodies and polos to workwear and uniforms. Every day is different, and attention to detail is essential. You’ll need to adapt quickly to new designs, threads, and fabrics while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
This isn’t a job for someone looking for an easy life — it’s fast-paced, rewarding work where skill, focus, and teamwork make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing
- Operating and maintaining multi-head embroidery machines
- Loading garments and selecting the correct designs for production
- Monitoring stitch quality, thread tension, and machine performance
- Finishing garments to a high standard
- Working with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
What we’re looking for
- Experience with industrial embroidery machines (e.g. Tajima, Barudan, or similar) preferred but not essential — full training provided for the right person
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime when required — especially during busy periods
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Team-player who contributes to our friendly, hard-working atmosphere
