CARER/SUPPORT WORKER

We are recruiting Carers to join our WESTHILL team.
We are recruiting for a FULL TIME position.
You will support people with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and medication – helping individuals remain independent in their own home, making sure they are safe, comfortable and supported.
Experience is not essential.
We provide a full Induction and Moving & Handling training, followed by on-the-job supervision until you feel confident in your role. You will have support at all times from a Team Leader or member of our office staff.
AM Shifts – 07:00 – 13:30/14:00
PM Shifts – 16:30/17:00 – 21:30/22:00
Carers work every second Weekend as part of a two-week rolling rota.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekday Rate - £13.46
- Weekend Rate - £15.00
- Payment from beginning of shift to end of shift (inclusive of any gaps)
- Mileage paid at 35p per mile

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Access to a Car
- UK Right to Work (We are unable to offer Sponsorship)
