Overview
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as Maintenance Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing across our properties in Gloucester and Cheltenham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic experience in a range of trades (Carpentry, DIY, Plumbing, Electrical, General property maintenance, etc).
Responsibilities
- Handle repairs and project work
- Handle all maintenance tasks and stock management
- Ensure compliance with property contracts and safety standards
- Conduct building checks and report defects affecting security, health, and safety
- Perform monthly and annual maintenance checks and meter readings
- Escort and assist external contractors on-site
- Be a key holder for properties between Gloucester and Cheltenham
Qualifications
Basics in any of the following (Desirable):
- Carpentry
- DIY
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Property Maintenance
- Fire procedures/ Alarm Systems
- Full UK driving licence required for the use of company van.
The role is available on a part time or full time basis, Monday to Friday (either 30 - 37.5hrs per week).

Pay: Up to £29,700.00 per year
