As part of our store team, you’ll support customers and help them to provide a solution to aid them to stop smoking and do everything you can to make their journey the best it can be. You will be quick to get to the heart of every customer's needs: whether it’s making sure their favourite juice is in stock, to giving advice to someone that knows nothing about vaping. You will be able to find solutions that fit their requirements brilliantly. You are the sort of person who will go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, if you’re a quick learner and a team player, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements for our Sales Advisors
- Bubbly and outgoing
- Be passionate about vaping - Essential
- Customer focused; interact with and advise customers in a professional and confident manner
- Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills
- Flexibility to work store trading hours including weekends, and work in alternative locations if required.
- Confident in handling payments
- Able to contribute towards store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets.
- Work well in a team but able to use own initiative when and where required for the smooth running of the shop floor.
