As a CBRE EMEA Health and Safety Programme Lead you will be responsible forhelping to execute strategic projects and develop new programs to ensure CBRE’sglobal HSE strategic objectives are met. To further this effort, we need anindividual to act as the interface between HSE platform function and the EMEAregional HSE and technical community to drive synergies for program elementswhich align with global requirements and regional. This senior level positionwill work with the AMS and APAC regions to ensure HSE requirements areincorporated into the global, foundational, best practice tools and processesfor maintenance set-up, optimization, planning and work execution that thePrograms team and proxies are developing.
Key Responsibilities:
Key contact for EMEA business as an extension toaccount HSE teams.
Align platform HSE with global programs,initiatives, standards and training across GWS Enterprise Accounts, ensuringfor consistency but allowing for flexibility for local regulatory, cultural orinfrastructure differences.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, includingaccount FM Operation professionals globally.
Work closely with the regional director andtechnical teams ensuring that HSE is embedded daily culture of the business.
Facilitate sharing of information within HSE andacross lines of business to create opportunities and synergies and to developand promote best management practices and programs across the divisions.
Collaborate with all service lines inidentifying, developing, and implementing cross functional solutions.
Provide input into GWS EA strategic plan.
Develop and implement initiatives designed tonot only to mitigate risk and promote employee safety, but to drive culturechange across the organization.
Assist in developing and delivering trainingrelated to high-risk activities.

Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college oruniversity in technical area of health, safety and environment or equivalentwork experience.
Work experience in HSE and technical FM a must.
Professional background with program management
Strong leadership, staff management, andfacilitation skill.
Strong management, interpersonal, andinfluencing skills at all levels from the site to the boardroom.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Excellent project management experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills including MicrosoftProject, Microsoft office suite
International work experience a plus.
Clear understanding and articulation of SafetyManagement Systems – leadership commitment, accountability, effectivecommunication, auditing, and performance metrics.
Extensive working knowledge of EMEA occupationalhealth and safety legislation
Proven coaching and teaching abilities.
Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict, ableto effectively communicate ideas and be an active listener.
Strong trend and data analytical skills to driveprogram and process changes.
Proven problem-solving skills with the abilityto visualize and deliver creative solutions.
