The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing tailored advice and maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Requirements
- Qualified or non-qualified welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years managing your own caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
- Experience managing a full caseload independently
- STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
