Level 3 Early Years Educator
We are looking for someone to join our team. You must be full of fun with exciting learning ideas.
You must be enthusiastic, have integrity and ability to build a rapport with the children. We are looking for someone who is able to organise their time well, relates to the children and is passionate about early years education. We would like you to demonstrate a balanced personality and be able to provide a nurturing approach.
Key Responsibilities
- It is essential that you are able to respond to individual needs of the children whilst creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children who attend.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, you must be able to work effectively with the children, your team and the children’s families.
- You must be aware of working in a multi-disciplinary team and aware of safeguarding procedures.
- You will be responsible for attending team meetings, and compliance with ongoing training.
Job Specification
- Work as a keyworker
- Able to work across the 3 room ages if required
- Follow and implement the EYFS
- Planning daily activities and implement them if necessary, document children’s progress
- Meet with families to discuss children’s progress
- Facilitate mealtimes and naptimes
- Communicate with team effectively and appropriately
- Report safeguarding concerns appropriately to leadership team
- Report concerns regarding child development delay where appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality
Term time only working may be considered for the right candidate.
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
