We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Team Player to join our Production Team in Wildcat Taconic, Burgess Hill. You'll be joining a well-established company that manufactures specialist PTFE-coated products used everywhere from food production and aviation to Formula 1 racing and cutting-edge engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:
· Working as part of the production team to meet daily schedules and targets.
· Measuring and preparing materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Transforming materials into finished products using specialist processes such as cutting and heat sealing.
· Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
· Packing finished products ready for shipment to customers.
· Keeping your workspace organised, safe, and professional.
· Using computers for simple but important tasks such as printing labels and production documents.

Payment and Perks:
Starting hourly rate £13.70 gross. Permanent contract. Full-time, 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. Company pension. 20 days’ vacation, plus all public holidays (28 days paid leave per year). Occasional overtime – our focus is on work-life balance.
