Job Summary
Dutton's Chester are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee bar and restaurant service and ensure the business is running smoothly.
- Assist in the organisation of shift schedules, training programmes, and team management initiatives.
- Open and close the restaurant whilst assisting in cashing up duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and oversee inventory control procedures.
- Enforce compliance with all relevant health regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management roles within hospitality settings.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience with team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional leadership qualities paired with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards training staff and fostering a positive team environment.

Pay: £12.91-£14.50 per hour
