About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Follow and implement care plans, risk assessments, and support guidelines.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, daily living activities, and community access where required.
- Support individuals to participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in a care or support role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location and travel requirements).
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
- Ability to follow care plans and support protocols accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Desirable
- Relevant care qualifications (e.g., Health & Social Care).
