Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters, Waitresses, and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary requirements
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of tables, counters, and service areas
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and menu updates
- Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during shifts
- Manage multiple tables effectively while prioritising guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions
- Good time management abilities to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
