⭐ The Role – Service & Breakdown Engineer
You’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic heating systems
- Carrying out planned servicing and reactive breakdown work
- Identifying system issues and completing first-time fixes where possible
- Delivering high standards of customer service in domestic properties
- Working independently across a regional patch with manufacturer support available when needed
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy fault finding, diagnostics, and technical repair work rather than installation.

- Proven experience in service and breakdown engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working within domestic heating environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
