We are currently seeking hardworking, motivated, and dependable Self-Employed Owner-Drivers (Man with Van) to join our growing logistics network. If you are an independent contractor looking for stable, high-volume routes with regular, competitive revenue, we want to partner with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, organize, and secure parcels into your delivery vehicle each morning at the local depot.
- Efficiently navigate your assigned local route using a handheld routing scanner.
- Deliver a high volume of parcels (multi-drop) to residential and commercial addresses within specified time windows.
- Safely handle customer collections and returns.
- Maintain an excellent standard of driving, road safety, and customer service while representing our brand on the road.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Vehicle: Must have your own commercial delivery vehicle (Van).
- Documents: Valid UK driving licence, valid MOT, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
- Licence Cleanliness: No more than 6 active penalty points (No active IN10, DR10, or TT99 endorsements).
- Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability: Must have 7 days work availability (routes scheduled on a rotation).
- Self-Employed Status: Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed in the UK with a valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number.
- Tech-Savvy: Must own a smartphone for communication and routing tracking.
- Professionalism: A professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard criminal record check (DBS).
- Experience: Previous experience in multi-drop delivery, courier work, or commercial driving is highly preferred.

Schedule
- Shift Pattern: Operational 7 days a week (rotational shift patterns).
- Start Time: Early morning shift starting between 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM.
